Travel services presented under the Belantara brand are contracted with and provided by a locally licensed travel company in your destination, which will be identified in your quotation before the booking is confirmed.
The terms and conditions governing your booking — including pricing, deposit, cancellation, and liability terms — are set by that local travel company, not by Belantara Consulting Pte. Ltd. Your travel contract, invoice, and payment will be with that company directly. The contracting company may vary depending on the destination.
