Belantara’s role
Belantara Consulting Pte. Ltd. designs itineraries and coordinates a network of locally established, licensed travel companies across Southeast Asia. It does not hold a travel agent licence in Singapore, does not act as the contracting travel operator, and does not receive payment from travellers for the contracted travel services.
Travel contract
Travel services presented under the Belantara brand are contracted with and provided by a locally licensed travel company in your destination, which is identified in your quotation before the booking is confirmed.
The terms and conditions governing your booking, including pricing, deposit, cancellation and liability, are set by that local travel company, not by Belantara Consulting Pte. Ltd. Your travel contract, invoice and payment are with that company directly. The contracting company may vary depending on the destination.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Belantara name, branding and website content are owned by Belantara Consulting Pte. Ltd. or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without permission. Photographs are used under the Unsplash and Pexels licences.
